Job Description
Remote Project Manager leading transportation technology projects for i3 Verticals. Coordinating cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, risks, and customer deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Review project Statements of Work to determine schedules, budgets, resource needs, and project strategy
- Manage scope expectations and communicate scope deviations
- Build and maintain customer and key personnel relationships
- Prepare and present Project Change Requests
- Establish and track implementation Project Plans
- Lead bi-weekly sprint planning and daily standups
- Direct and coordinate cross-functional project teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Maintain resource and project projections
- Identify, track, resolve, and escalate project risks and issues
- Lead project planning and status meetings
- Communicate project progress and timelines through status reporting
- Coordinate custom solutions across departments
- Establish criteria for and review project deliverables
- Develop, maintain, and store project documentation
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members
- Facilitate and distribute project lessons learned
- Participate in internal PMO huddles and incorporate lessons learned into project and process updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience OR 5+ years of related experience
- 5 years of project management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field listed under education
- Not currently recruiting from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island, Washington, or New York
