Job Description
Project Manager leading various capital installation projects at Medline. Collaborating on large projects and assisting with sales & logistics issues while ensuring timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination and execution of specialized orders, deliveries and installations requested from customers.
- Develop goals and objectives, organize, attain and manage resources, ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
- Collaborate with other product divisions, service departments, and Medline branches on large projects.
- Present and report on project plans and cost benefit analyses to appropriate stakeholders.
- Support the division and assist the sales force with sales & logistics issues.
- Consult with customers and sales reps on their logistical challenges.
- Travel as necessary to be a liaison between the sales representative, customer, corporate office and installation team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of marketing, sales, product management or clinical practice experience
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
- Position requires travel up to 50% of the time
