Job Description

Enterprise Account Project Manager leading multi-site rollouts of veterinary software. Ensuring project requirements, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction goals are met for corporate and university accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-site rollouts of veterinary software for top corporate and university accounts.
  • Manage multi-site software rollouts, ensuring all requirements, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about progress, risks, and expectations.
  • Document activities, identify obstacles, track costs, and report results.
  • Assist internal partners with periodic audits to confirm compliance with IDEXX processes and ISO standards.
  • Foster partnerships with internal teams as well as external partners, hospitals, stakeholders, and sponsors.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of Project Coordination or Management experience.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in SaaS onboarding delivery preferred.
  • Experience within the Veterinary industry preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools and collaboration platforms such as OneNote, Smartsheet, and GuideCX is beneficial (not required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with communication delivery to the C-Suite preferred.
  • Ability to devise tracking systems and efficient reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow up.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Effective project administration skills and/or task management skills.
  • Self-starter.
