Job Description
Enterprise Account Project Manager leading multi-site rollouts of veterinary software. Ensuring project requirements, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction goals are met for corporate and university accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-site rollouts of veterinary software for top corporate and university accounts.
- Manage multi-site software rollouts, ensuring all requirements, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Keep stakeholders informed about progress, risks, and expectations.
- Document activities, identify obstacles, track costs, and report results.
- Assist internal partners with periodic audits to confirm compliance with IDEXX processes and ISO standards.
- Foster partnerships with internal teams as well as external partners, hospitals, stakeholders, and sponsors.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of Project Coordination or Management experience.
- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience in SaaS onboarding delivery preferred.
- Experience within the Veterinary industry preferred.
- Experience with project management tools and collaboration platforms such as OneNote, Smartsheet, and GuideCX is beneficial (not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with communication delivery to the C-Suite preferred.
- Ability to devise tracking systems and efficient reporting.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow up.
- Ability to multitask.
- Effective project administration skills and/or task management skills.
- Self-starter.
