Job Description
Volunteer role in project management for the international peace initiative Live Peace 2026. Engage with cities worldwide to promote peace through cultural events.
Responsibilities:
- You research and identify potential cities
- You maintain and update our outreach pipeline
- You prepare outreach and initial contact materials
- You coordinate follow-ups
- You document the status of discussions
- You support meeting preparations
- You track deadlines and project status
- You are part of a clearly structured project plan with defined phases, milestones, and KPIs
- You help build an international network
Requirements:
- You are reliable and eager to contribute to something significant.
- You work in a structured and independent way and coordinate closely with the team.
- You are interested in international projects.
- Good command of English.
