Job Description
Immobilienbesichtiger:in für Außenbesichtigungen von Wohn-, Gewerbe- und Spezialimmobilien bei Deutschlands Full-Service-Immobilienbewertungsdienstleister. Dokumentation bautechnischer Zustände, Aufmaße und Wohnflächen in der Region Lübeck, Rehna und Schwerin.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential, commercial and special-purpose properties, both internally and externally
- Complete five pre-planned day routes, covering approximately 40 appointments per week
- Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
- Take measurements and calculate residential floor areas
- Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures
- Regularly communicate digitally with colleagues about current team-related topics
- Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team
Requirements:
- Strong interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a keen interest in this field
- Ideally, experience with residential floor areas and property measurements
- Communicative, reliable and self-motivated
- Precise, conscientious and responsible approach to work
- Professional, service-oriented and friendly demeanor
- Confident use of Excel, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Class B driver's license and sufficient driving experience to operate a company car
- Very good command of German, both written and spoken
