Job Description
Immobilienbesichtiger:in bewertet und dokumentiert Wohn-, Gewerbe- und Spezialimmobilien für VALUE AG, Deutschlands Full-Service-Dienstleister für Immobilienbewertung. Außendienst in der Region Ulm und Umgebung.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties, both inside and outside
- Conduct approximately five pre-planned day tours per week, with around 40 appointments per week
- Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
- Take measurements and calculate living areas
- Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance measures
- Participate in regular digital exchanges with team members
Requirements:
- Affinity with real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field
- Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements
- Communicative, reliable, and self-motivated
- Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work
- Well-groomed, service-oriented, and friendly manner
- Proficiency in Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Class B driver's license and some driving experience required
- Very good written and spoken German
