Job Description
Immobilienbesichtiger:in für bautechnische Objektprüfungen bei VALUE AG, Deutschlands Full-Service-Dienstleister für Immobilienbewertung. Durchführung geplanter Außendiensttouren und Dokumentation von Immobilienzuständen in Hamburg.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties, both inside and outside
- Complete five pre-planned day routes, comprising approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network
- Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
- Take measurements and calculate living areas
- Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures
- Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues about current team-related topics
- Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team
Requirements:
- Strong interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector, or a pronounced interest in this field
- Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements
- Communicative, reliable, and able to work independently
- Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work
- Professional, service-oriented, and friendly manner
- Confident user of Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Class B driving licence and some driving experience
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
