Job Description

Provider Relations Supervisor leading provider onboarding, education, issue resolution, and network operations. Supporting GDIT’s World Trade Center Health Program through metrics, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop provider relations strategy and annual operating plans with the Provider Services Lead
  • Translate organizational goals into targets, roadmaps, KPIs, and staffing/resource plans
  • Lead, coach, evaluate, and develop Provider Network Representatives
  • Establish escalation pathways, service levels, templates, and communication standards
  • Oversee account management for healthcare delivery organizations and independent providers
  • Resolve complex provider issues and improve provider satisfaction
  • Direct provider onboarding, education, webinars, portal training, EFT setup, credentialing coordination, and directory validation
  • Standardize onboarding checklists, timelines, and handoffs
  • Oversee issues across claims, credentialing, enrollment, provider data, contracts, and portal support
  • Manage queues, case aging, blockers, work allocation, and SLA adherence
  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Develop dashboards and routine performance reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement automation or templates
  • Use data insights to prioritize outreach, education, and process enhancements
  • Partner with Provider Data, Credentialing, Contracting, Claims, Finance, Clinical Operations, Communications, and IT
  • Lead provider meetings and cross-functional workgroups
  • Ensure compliance, audit-ready documentation, confidentiality, and corrective-action remediation
  • Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Skills in account management, key performance indicators (KPI), operational metrics, and problem solving
  • Quality compliance
  • MBI (T2) public trust requirement
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Less than 10% travel required
  • US citizenship is not required
  • Scheduled availability for 40 hours per week
