Job Description

Transportation breakdown supervisor leading Cox Automotive’s roadside call-center team. Coaching dispatch specialists, improving operational performance, and maintaining customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational performance across the roadside team
  • Support employee development and motivation
  • Coach the team on dispatch timeliness, phone metrics, and operational efficiency
  • Provide personalized training and development
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and policies
  • Step in as needed to ensure high-quality event handling
  • Adjust schedules and manage competing priorities
  • Maintain high service standards across the call center

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field (Transportation, Call Center), or a different combination: bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience; master’s degree and 1 year of experience; or Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
  • Degree in related discipline strongly desired
  • Must clear a pre-employment drug test
  • Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
  • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future
