Job Description
PXM Delivery Consultant driving experience innovation for retail and apparel clients. Collaborating with teams to translate business needs into actionable data models and deliverables while leading workshops.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with technical consultants to translate business needs into data models.
- Running cross-functional workshops.
- Producing deliverables such as process maps, business requirements, user stories, and decision logs.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Strong background in retail or apparel merchandising with seasonality-heavy businesses.
- Strong experience with Akeneo Implementation.
- Experience with product lifecycle, assortment planning, and remodeling data models across PLM, ERP (ideally SAP), and PIM/PXM.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and align multi-disciplinary teams on business definitions and requirements.
- Good knowledge of data governance practices regarding product and seasonal attributes.
- Fluency in English is necessary for collaboration with teams based in the rest of the Americas and occasionally in Europe.
