Job Description
QA Analyst responsible for quality assurance of digital products at Greenn. Ensures effective testing strategies and collaborates with development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
- Develop, maintain and evolve automated tests, especially using TypeScript- or JavaScript-based tools (such as Playwright, Jest, Mocha, Cypress, among others).
- Perform manual and functional testing when necessary, particularly for new flows or sensitive validations.
- Support the setup and maintenance of testing environments and ensure QA workflows are integrated into the continuous development process (CI/CD).
- Identify, report and track bugs, ensuring traceability of issues through to resolution.
- Participate in technical reviews and support the creation of acceptance criteria and test scenarios from the start of the development cycle.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, facilitating understanding of QA flows and coverage for other team members.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and frameworks such as Playwright, Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or similar.
- Experience with manual testing and writing functional test cases.
- Experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development), including writing and executing behavior-based tests.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and test automation pipelines (GitHub Actions in our context).
- Knowledge of integration testing, regression testing, and staging/homologation environments.
- Proactivity, a strong sense of quality, good organization, and clear communication with team members.
