Job Description
City Manager indépendant développant le réseau ALB Conciergerie, spécialiste de la gestion locative courte durée. Acquisition de biens, pilotage opérationnel et optimisation des revenus propriétaires.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the network’s local representative in your city and surrounding areas
- Manage your territory as if it were your own business
- Drive business development by acquiring new properties for management
- Oversee the property portfolio: housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Coordinate the local network of service providers
- Delegate property management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
- Optionally recruit your own City Managers under a sponsorship arrangement and earn commissions on their activity
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
- Motivation and drive
- Independent working style and entrepreneurial autonomy
- Desire to build a recurring income over the long term
- Independent contractor status
