Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant lançant une conciergerie immobilière ALB à La Seyne-sur-Mer. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d'une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and grow the property concierge business in your area
- Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Receive 75% to 85% of the concierge commission generated by the business
- Develop a portfolio of managed properties generating recurring revenue
Requirements:
- Self-employed status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them
- Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network
- Availability to get started at your own pace
