Job Description
RWE Specialist supporting healthcare organisations using NEC’s registry SaaS platform for evidence, analytics and clinical outcomes. Managing onboarding, adoption, training, client relationships and commercial RWE support.
Responsibilities:
- Own customer onboarding and implementation support for new RWE customers
- Develop Customer Success Plans for assigned accounts
- Build trusted relationships with registry teams, clinicians, researchers and commercial customers
- Conduct regular customer review meetings
- Monitor customer adoption and identify opportunities to increase utilisation
- Deliver customer training sessions and webinars
- Ensure customers realise measurable value from NEC solutions
- Act as first point of escalation for customer issues relating to RWE capability and best practice
- Capture customer feedback and work with Product Management to improve the platform
- Provide practical guidance on RWE methodologies and registry best practice
- Support customers in using registry data for research, quality improvement and evidence generation
- Ensure client activities align with information governance, GDPR and data-handling standards
- Maintain awareness of developments in the RWE landscape
- Produce educational material and best-practice guidance
- Deliver internal knowledge-sharing sessions
- Support Sales with customer presentations and demonstrations
- Contribute to bids, tenders and proposals
- Assist in developing customer case studies and success stories
- Provide RWE input into commercial discussions
- Support customer reference activities
- Collaborate with Product Management, Consultancy, Project Management, Marketing, Data Science and Development teams
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, Account Management, or Implementation role within a SaaS or healthcare technology company
- Experience working with real-world data, registries, clinical outcomes, or life sciences/MedTech analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with clinicians, data managers and IT specialists
- Understanding of data governance, information security and compliance frameworks relevant to health data
- Track record of driving customer adoption and measurable value from software products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, working with minimal direction
- Excellent people and management skills for interacting with colleagues, customers and partner organisations
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure with fixed deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Strong creative problem-solving ability and subject matter expertise
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Ability to challenge conventional thinking and advocate for ideas
- Candidates must demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK
- Documentary evidence of UK right to work and travel is required
- Offers are subject to satisfactory vetting, references and occupational health checks
- A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check may be required depending on the role
