Job Description

Recruiter managing full life cycle hiring for Bird, a global micromobility leader. Collaborating with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully partner with business leaders to understand the business needs and hire qualified talent to fill their roles
  • Help develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Source, recruit, and hire roles within operations throughout Bird
  • Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates
  • Partner with other departments (People Partners, IT, etc) to drive the recruiting process through to on-boarding

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in High Volume.
  • Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive hiring goals and program outcomes
  • Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Greenhouse, Indeed highly preferred)
  • Applicants must be authorized to work without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work visa sponsorship
