Job Description
Recruiter sourcing and hiring direct-care professionals for Advanced Recovery Systems’ behavioral health programs. Managing pipelines, screenings, interviews, offers, and talent acquisition workflows remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting plans based on job descriptions and corporate goals
- Partner as a subject matter expert to positively impact quality of hire
- Maintain and utilize the applicant tracking system and reports to keep the business informed of workflow
- Communicate with management and stakeholders to anticipate openings, ensure appropriate candidate pools, and adjust recruiting strategy
- Prioritize open positions so critical needs are filled first
- Conduct pre-screening and arrange interviews for managers
- Maintain communication with candidates and candidate sources, including colleges and universities, to build a candidate pipeline
- Support salary-focused conversations and offers to ensure fair market rates
- Apply knowledge of hiring and labor laws and use passive candidate sourcing strategies and best-in-class talent acquisition practices
- Conduct intake meetings, post jobs, review and assess candidates, present candidates for consideration, coordinate interviews, and assist with talent acquisition administration
- Focus on hiring direct care professionals for behavioral health program sites
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or 5 years of direct recruiting experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting
- Experience managing hiring needs across a variety of departments
- Healthcare experience required
- Behavioral healthcare experience preferred
- Knowledge of hiring and labor laws
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting reports
- Experience with candidate sourcing, pre-screening, interview coordination, and offer support
