Job Description
Recruiter supporting high-volume hiring efforts for fast-growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce companies. Ideal for someone thriving in a startup environment with recruiting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support high-volume recruiting across creative, marketing, and ecommerce roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and role fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with applicants.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal teams.
- Post and manage job listings through BambooHR, ensuring roles are distributed to job boards.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within BambooHR ATS.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in DTC ecommerce or startup environments.
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting pipelines.
- Proven experience recruiting for creative, marketing, ecommerce, or digital roles.
- Hands-on experience using BambooHR as an Applicant Tracking System.
- Strong experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with hiring roles such as graphic designers, video editors, performance marketers, ecommerce managers, and content creators.
