Job Description
Recruitment Specialist managing the full recruitment cycle at a global marketing automation services provider. Building relationships with hiring managers and attracting qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Partner with hiring teams to develop recruitment strategies
- Handle sourcing, advertising, screening, and interviewing
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Maintain recruitment records and reports
- Represent the company at career fairs and networking events
Requirements:
- Experience recruiting IT or technical roles preferred but not required
- Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle
- Sourcing and hiring candidates across countries or regions
- Average number of roles closed per month
