Job Description
Recruitment Specialist in Kalpa Inc. managing the full-cycle recruitment for IT consulting roles. Developing sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive full-cycle recruitment for multiple IT consulting and corporate roles across global regions
- Develop strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Actively source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned with workforce planning objectives
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen market visibility and attract top talent
- Conduct structured HR interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely progression of candidates through each stage
- Facilitate offer preparation, negotiation, and candidate acceptance processes
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Manage multiple open positions while balancing quality, speed, and hiring objectives
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment documentation, and ATS data
- Track recruitment activities, hiring metrics, pipeline health, and time-to-fill performance
- Ensure recruitment processes remain compliant with applicable labor laws and company policies
- Support workforce planning initiatives through recruitment reporting and talent market insights
- Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, and pre-employment requirements
- Partner with managers to support successful new hire integration and engagement
- Assist in creating a seamless transition from candidate to employee
- Support employee engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, sourcing strategies, and hiring efficiency
- Recommend process enhancements based on recruitment metrics and hiring outcomes
- Stay informed on industry trends, talent market conditions, and recruitment best practices
- Contribute to the development of scalable talent acquisition programs that support organizational growth
Requirements:
- 4+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within IT consulting, technology, or professional services environments
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions and achieving hiring targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines through proactive outreach
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a remote environment
