Job Description
Client Retention Manager managing relationships with existing trading clients at a global fintech group. Build trust, deliver excellent service, and support long-term client growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing trading clients.
- Build strong relationships through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Share market updates, product information, and relevant promotions.
- Encourage repeat deposits and increased trading activity.
- Re-engage dormant clients and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client activity updates.
- Achieve retention, deposit growth, and client engagement targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in Forex, CFDs, brokerage, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven client relationship or account management experience.
- Good understanding of financial markets and trading products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and CRM systems.
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
