Job Description

Client Retention Manager managing relationships with existing trading clients at a global fintech group. Build trust, deliver excellent service, and support long-term client growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing trading clients.
  • Build strong relationships through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Share market updates, product information, and relevant promotions.
  • Encourage repeat deposits and increased trading activity.
  • Re-engage dormant clients and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client activity updates.
  • Achieve retention, deposit growth, and client engagement targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Forex, CFDs, brokerage, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven client relationship or account management experience.
  • Good understanding of financial markets and trading products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and CRM systems.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
