Job Description
Revenue Operations Analyst joining Workleap to enhance acquisition processes and visibility. Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams in a SaaS-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain full visibility of the funnel: Lead → MQL → SQL → Closed Won
- Implement scoring and prioritization models and lifecycle automations in HubSpot
- Develop predictive risk indicators
- Reduce manual reporting by creating automated dashboards
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and CX teams
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Experience in funnel analysis and forecasting modeling
- Good understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, ACV, conversion rates)
- Ability to work with data models and segmentation logic
- Interest in automation and AI applications in revenue operations
- Excellent collaboration skills with Sales and Marketing teams
- Operational rigor and attention to detail.
