Job Description

Revenue Operations Lead optimizing sales processes, forecasting, incentives, and AI workflows for Counterpart’s management liability insurance platform. Driving GTM efficiency and profitability through integrations, dashboards, and enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, document, and optimize sales, engagement, and customer service processes
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
  • Build predictive dashboards that flag anomalies, bottlenecks, and pipeline risk while providing next actions
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning, including productivity drivers
  • Build and monitor staffing and capacity plans for the GTM team
  • Design and implement quota methodology and variable compensation structures
  • Deliver AI-assisted market insights, forecast projections, and competitive analysis
  • Align field, product, and technology leaders to optimize processes and results
  • Develop a marketing operations process to track and analyze campaign performance and inform future campaigns and ROIC
  • Orchestrate field, marketing, and operational alignment through documented workflows and process, technology, and communication optimization
  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows across the sales and retention cycle
  • Design integrations and automations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, and other systems
  • Build controls and monitoring for appropriate and consistent system usage
  • Evaluate and deploy AI tools, predictive models, and workflow automation
  • Provide performance-driver reporting and insights to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experienced and analytical revenue operations professional
  • Experience optimizing revenue streams and maximizing profitability
  • Ability to collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Insurance Product teams
  • Ability to identify revenue opportunities and improve processes
  • Experience implementing effective revenue strategies and driving AI-tool adoption across GTM
  • Ability to build playbooks and run enablement sessions
  • Ability to measure and manage performance, innovate on incentives, and partner with leadership
  • Knowledge of sales, engagement, and customer service processes
  • Experience building dashboards, forecasting pipeline risk, and identifying anomalies and bottlenecks
  • Experience with sales planning, productivity drivers, staffing, and capacity planning
  • Experience designing quota methodologies and variable compensation structures
  • Experience with AI-assisted compensation analysis, market insights, forecasting, and competitive analysis
  • Experience with marketing operations, campaign performance analysis, and ROIC
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows, integrations, and automations
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Intercom
  • Experience evaluating and deploying AI tools, predictive models, and workflow automation
