Job Description
Revenue Systems Analyst managing integrations and workflows across revenue tech stack at ShareGate. Supporting operational improvements and contributing to AI-enabled workflow optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain integrations across the revenue tech stack;
- Translate business processes into scalable system configurations and automations;
- Strengthen data integrity through validation logic and system controls;
- Execute high-priority system changes quickly and reliably;
- Support Sales and RevOps teams with operational improvements and reporting enhancements;
- Contribute to AI-enabled workflow optimization across tools;
- Partner closely with the Manager of Revenue Systems to test, iterate, and deploy solutions;
- Coordinate the renewals of our revenue tech stack and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in RevOps, revenue systems, or CRM-focused roles;
- Strong understanding of business processes and system configuration;
- Experience with CRM environments and revenue tools;
- Comfort working with integrations, workflows, and automation logic;
- High attention to data quality and operational detail;
- Ability to move quickly and operate in high-expectation environments;
- Curiosity and comfort experimenting with AI tools.
