Job Description
Revenue Systems Analyst optimizing systems, reporting, and workflows for Cherry’s healthcare Buy Now, Pay Later fintech platform. Supporting GTM teams across Salesforce, automation, enablement, and partner payment implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing and ad hoc reporting to help revenue leaders and sales representatives understand performance and identify opportunities
- Help design and improve workflows using Salesforce, Zapier, Workato, and other tools
- Assist in creating onboarding and sales enablement programming and materials
- Track enablement effectiveness metrics to scale successful programs
- Identify ways to improve data integrity and make data more accessible for growth
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to diagnose systems issues, share insights, and improve processes
- Monitor the health and performance of GTM tools including Salesloft, Gong, Default, Dialpad, Vitally, and DocSend
- Troubleshoot issues and provide user support across the revenue technology stack
- Contribute to strategic projects from kickoff through execution
- Document milestones and manage cross-functional collaboration
- Assist with implementing Cherry's payment functionality on partner websites such as WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix
- Develop systems, automation, and AI-enhanced tooling capabilities as a pathway toward Go-To-Market Engineering
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in business systems, sales/revenue operations, consulting, finance, strategy, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with Excel skills required; experience with SQL, Looker, or Tableau is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other GTM tools, including Gong, Salesloft, Zapier, Vitally, and DocSend
- Comfortable creating and supporting Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work across teams and explain systems or processes clearly
- Highly organized with strong project management instincts; able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM, business, or quantitative field with high marks preferred
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- No visa sponsorship requirement now or in the future
