Job Description
Throughput RN coordinating patient admissions and transfers in Mercy's health system. Engaging with patients and providers to ensure optimal care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in shaping first impressions and delivering a brand-defining experience for patients.
- Seamlessly facilitate patient admissions and transfers by matching patient needs to facility resources.
- Guide patients and referring providers through the complex transfer process.
- Use EMR modules, electronic scheduling systems, and collaborate with care teams for a reliable experience.
Requirements:
- RN License – Current RN license in the state of Missouri required.
- Experience – Minimum 3 years in Telemetry or higher acuity nursing
- Certifications – BLS required
