Job Description
Develop and implement AI-based chatbots for business solutions. Join FCamara, a company focused on transforming tech solutions for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement chatbots using artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) technologies
- Integrate chatbots with APIs and existing systems to ensure efficient data flow and a seamless user experience
- Train machine learning models with relevant data to improve the chatbot's accuracy and effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze chatbot performance, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to chatbot development, integration and features
- Collaborate with design, product and customer support teams to ensure the chatbot meets user needs
- Perform testing to ensure the chatbot functions correctly across different scenarios and environments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with Node and JavaScript/TypeScript (required)
- Experience with Traditional and Agile methodologies (preferred)
- Experience with Cloud platforms (preferred)
- Basic English (preferred)
- Programming language certification (preferred)
