Job Description

RPA Developer responsible for AI automation solutions in aluminum industry. Collaborating with business areas to transform needs into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, enhancing, and supporting automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions, working in partnership with business areas and product owners to turn requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • The position covers the full automation lifecycle, from analysis and solution design through development, production deployment, support, and continuous improvement.
  • You will support initiatives across the corporate portfolios of Source-to-Pay, Finance, Order-to-Cash, and Human Resources, contributing to scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with Alcoa’s digital strategy.
  • Other responsibilities include developing, enhancing, and maintaining automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions that support Alcoa’s business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields; other degrees with strong IT experience may also be considered.
  • Experience in software development, automation, system implementation, or application support, with hands-on experience in RPA and enterprise automation.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate or other low-code/no-code platforms and RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Python.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS, VBA, Excel automation, SharePoint, APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, CSS selectors, and UI automation concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and a collaborative approach with business stakeholders.
  • Advanced spoken English for conversational use, given frequent participation in calls and interaction with global stakeholders.
