Job Description
RPA Consultant at Innovior designing and deploying scalable automation solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex processes into technical requirements using UiPath.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automated processes using UiPath and other relevant RPA platforms.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and process owners to identify, assess, and document high-value automation opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements and process flows into technical automation solutions and documentation (SDDs, PDDs).
- Adhere to Innovior's best practices, governance standards, and the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Conduct thorough unit testing, performance testing, and production support for deployed bots.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing automated processes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the internal RPA Center of Excellence (CoE).
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline.
- 3+ years of professional experience in RPA development and implementation, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Proven expertise and certification in at least one industry-leading RPA platform (UiPath is essential; experience with Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism is a strong advantage).
- Proficiency in UiPath.
- Strong programming abilities in VB.NET, Python, Java, and C#.
- Strong knowledge of best practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, especially Agile.
- Knowledge of requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the capacity to work well with stakeholders at all levels.
