Job Description
Business Process Automation Practice Manager with a focus on leading automation solutions and delivery management. Remote position with significant leadership responsibilities in digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and solutioning for new automation opportunities with sales teams
- Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets for BPA projects
- Own client communication with senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Oversee end to end delivery of automation programs from initiation to closure
- Establish standardized methodologies, reusable components, and best practices
- Monitor project outcomes and drive continuous improvement across engagements
- Approve Statements of Work in partnership with leadership
- Manage resource allocation and ensure projects meet budget and timeline targets
Requirements:
- 10+ years in BPA, RPA, or digital transformation programs
- Proven experience leading automation practice or large scale initiatives
- Strong experience with enterprise RPA tools and process optimization
- Experience in client facing roles with senior stakeholder management
- Track record of delivering complex automation programs on time and within budget
