Job Description

Senior RPA Integration Engineer at Scan.com focusing on automation solutions for healthcare diagnostics. Designing RPA integrations to improve scheduling efficiency across imaging centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Humale, our Chief Product & Technology Officer
  • Building the automation layer that connects imaging center scheduling systems to Scan.com’s internal platform
  • Designing and deploying RPA solutions to extract appointment availability and scheduling data
  • Navigating a diverse landscape of RIS systems
  • Developing robust error handling and exception management architecture
  • Building data validation and reconciliation layers
  • Partnering with operations, engineering, and imaging center partners
  • Documenting all workflows, decision logic, edge cases, and process maps

Requirements:

  • Production experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting, data transformation, and extending RPA workflows
  • An API-first mindset paired with RPA pragmatism
  • Hands-on familiarity with navigating healthcare RIS/PACS platforms
  • Strong skills in screen-scraping and data extraction from unstructured or inconsistent user interfaces
  • A track record of designing robust error handling and exception management systems
  • Experience building data validation and reconciliation processes
  • Strong documentation habits and a mindset oriented toward building for handoff
  • A testing mindset applied to automation
  • Experience managing bot portfolios across dozens or hundreds of target systems
  • Comfort navigating stakeholder relationships
