Job Description

RPA Developer for implementing Blue Prism solutions in automation initiatives. Overseeing full RPA lifecycle and collaborating with stakeholders to drive automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
  • Take a leading role in defining RPA architecture, best practices, and development standards.
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities with high business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose optimal automation solutions.
  • Oversee and support the full RPA lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Blue Prism automations to ensure stability and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and coding standards.
  • Support and mentor junior RPA developers when needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement of automation processes and RPA capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in IT and solid understanding of software development principles.
  • Senior-level experience in RPA development.
  • Hands-on experience with Blue Prism (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership mindset – experience mentoring developers or leading RPA initiatives is a strong plus.
  • Not a must, but cool if you have it: Blue Prism certification (Developer / Professional / Solution Designer).
  • Experience in leading RPA teams or acting as an RPA Lead / Architect.
  • Experience with programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, C#).
  • Experience with process analysis, process improvement, or Intelligent Automation concepts (AI, OCR, APIs).
