Job Description
Sales/design representative helping homeowners choose custom closets and organization systems. Conducting in-home consultations, designing solutions, and closing provided appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Attend a face-to-face meeting with a Sales Manager
- Attend a week-long paid sales training
- Begin sales routes with provided appointments, leads, and marketing materials
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs
- Walk through homes to assess opportunities
- Educate customers on products and services
- Follow sales training and help residential customers with home organizational needs
- Close deals and sell requested products
- Provide closet design recommendations and complete sales
- Serve customers purchasing custom organizing systems and related home products
Requirements:
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
- Coachable candidates
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to enter residential homes, provide closet design recommendations, and complete sales
- Must be comfortable with commission only pay after 8 weeks
