Job Description
Sales/Designer representative selling custom home organization solutions for Closets by Design Atlanta. Conducting in-home consultations, designing solutions, and closing provided appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Attend a face-to-face meeting with a Sales Manager
- Attend a week-long paid sales training
- Begin sales routes with provided appointments, leads, and marketing materials
- Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs
- Walk through homes to assess opportunities
- Educate customers about products and services
- Follow sales training to assist residential customers with home organizational needs
- Close deals and sell requested products
- Design and sell custom organizing solutions for closets, home offices, garages, wall beds, media centers, and more
Requirements:
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
- Coachable candidate
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to a Motor Vehicle
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Comfortable entering residential homes, providing closet design recommendations, and completing sales
- Ability to work on a commission-only basis after 8 weeks
