Job Description
Sales/Designer representative selling custom closets and home organization systems for Closets by Design Atlanta. Conducting in-home consultations, designing solutions, and closing customer sales.
Responsibilities:
- Begin the sales route with provided appointments, leads, and marketing materials
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs
- Walk through homes to assess opportunities
- Educate customers on products and services
- Follow sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with home organizational needs
- Close deals and sell products requested by customers
- Provide closet design recommendations and complete sales
- Attend a face-to-face meeting with a Sales Manager
- Attend one week of paid sales training
Requirements:
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
- Coachable candidate
- Growth mindset
- Willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to enter residential homes, provide closet design recommendations, and complete the sale
