Job Description
Sales/Designer representative helping homeowners design and sell custom closets and home organization systems. Conducting provided in-home appointments with flexible remote scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Attend a face-to-face meeting with a Sales Manager
- Attend a week-long paid sales training
- Begin sales routes with provided appointments, leads, and marketing materials
- Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs
- Walk through homes to assess opportunities
- Educate customers on products and services
- Follow sales training and use communication skills to assist residential customers
- Close deals and sell requested products
- Provide closet design recommendations and complete sales
- Help homeowners transform spaces with custom organizing systems
Requirements:
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
- Coachable candidates
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to enter residential homes, provide closet design recommendations, and complete sales
- Must be willing to work on a commission-only basis after 8 weeks
