Job Description

Sales Director driving SAP Embedded Payments sales for TransferMate, a global payment provider. Building enterprise partnerships and treasury connectivity solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business for SAP Embedded Payments, from lead generation to contract closure
  • Engage CFOs, treasury leaders, IT heads, and transformation teams to understand banking, payments, and connectivity needs
  • Build compelling SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity value propositions highlighting integration simplification, security, and automation
  • Collaborate with presales and solution architects to craft accurate solution scopes and pricing
  • Manage the full pipeline with disciplined forecasting and deal progression
  • Develop relationships with SAP, banking partners, system integrators, and fintech ecosystem players
  • Provide market insights to refine go-to-market strategy for corporate treasury and payment connectivity
  • Represent the organization at SAP, treasury, and fintech events

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of business development or enterprise sales experience in SAP, treasury tech, payments, or banking connectivity
  • Experience working for SAP or its Partners would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity, ISO 20022, SWIFT, payment workflows, and host-to-host integrations
  • Knowledge of corporate treasury processes such as cash management, bank statement automation, and payment centralization
  • Track record of closing enterprise deals involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Clear, confident communication with the ability to translate connectivity architecture into business outcomes
  • Proven experience of selling SAP solutions
  • Bonus: Experience with fintech solutions, SWIFT services, API-based banking, or payment orchestration
  • Analytical, with the ability to identify gaps in a client’s banking and treasury landscape
  • Relationship-first mindset that builds long-term trust instead of quick wins
  • Ability to manage complex requirements
  • Comfortable switching between strategic conversations and detailed solution discussions
