Job Description

Sales Operations Analyst supporting Atos, a global digital transformation company, with North American forecasting, CRM governance, dashboards, and sales process automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to analyze operational performance and implement scalable improvements across North America
  • Support go-to-market execution through forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, performance tracking, and sales governance
  • Translate complex business data into actionable insights for executive decision-making and growth initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance indicators and recommend process improvements
  • Own and maintain pipeline governance practices
  • Lead weekly pipeline, forecast, and deal review cadences
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts using historical trends, scenario modeling, and business intelligence tools
  • Identify deal risks, revenue opportunities, and pipeline trends
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Salesforce, Power BI, and other analytics platforms
  • Provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting trends, seller productivity, and operational metrics
  • Support executive business reviews with reporting, analysis, and strategic insights
  • Create and maintain KPI scorecards and performance reporting frameworks
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, governance compliance, and pipeline hygiene
  • Lead data quality initiatives
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for CRM workflows, forecasting processes, and reporting methodologies
  • Deliver training and best-practice guidance to sales teams
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and operational processes through Power Automate and similar technologies
  • Leverage AI-enabled analytics and automation to improve reporting efficiency, surface deal risks, identify trends, and accelerate root-cause analysis
  • Support technology adoption initiatives and continuous improvement focused on scalability and efficiency
  • Combine Salesforce data with Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and SQL
  • Connect CRM data to Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Support annual operating plans, quota management, territory alignment, and capacity planning
  • Provide recommendations on sales coverage models, resource allocation, and revenue planning
  • Assist leadership in evaluating business performance and operational readiness across market segments
  • Facilitate structured deal reviews for large strategic opportunities and complex sales pursuits

Requirements:

  • Mid-level experience in Sales Operations Analysis
  • Strong analytical and business acumen
  • Expertise in CRM systems, business intelligence tools, forecasting methodologies, and sales process optimization
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Power BI and other analytics platforms
  • Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, performance tracking, and sales governance
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • SQL skills
  • Experience connecting CRM data to Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Knowledge of Power Automate or similar automation technologies
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions
  • Knowledge of quota management, territory alignment, capacity planning, and revenue planning
  • Ability to analyze complex business data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting frameworks
  • Ability to ensure CRM data integrity, governance compliance, and pipeline hygiene
  • Ability to develop and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Ability to deliver training and best-practice guidance to sales teams
