Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and scale processes and tools for outbound lead generation and active prospecting, mapping the market and refining total addressable market (TAM) intelligence.
- Work at the Salesforce/HubSpot interface, making structural adjustments and ensuring the quality and organization of commercial intelligence databases.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses to monitor sales performance, support target-setting, and introduce tools and AI solutions that increase the efficiency of B2B teams.
- Ensure the daily operation of lead generation and data quality across commercial databases.
- Collaborate closely with different teams to turn analytical insights into strategic prospecting and sales actions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with and supporting sales teams.
- Advanced experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or, preferably, Salesforce.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas such as INDEX and MATCH.
- Basic/essential knowledge of SQL, including the ability to build basic queries and a willingness to learn.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Preferred: experience with outbound lead generation and active prospecting.
- Preferred: basic programming knowledge, such as Python.
- Preferred: knowledge of artificial intelligence and automation tools applied to sales.
- Preferred: Spanish proficiency.
