Job Description
Sales Operations Associate supporting Nabis’s licensed cannabis wholesale platform. Maintaining account data, pricing, invoicing, marketplace listings, and sales-tool adoption across eligible U.S. states.
Responsibilities:
- Execute retail onboarding workflows, accurately creating, validating, licensing, and enabling new retail accounts to transact
- Maintain accurate account records, contact information, access setup, and system permissions
- Assist with pricing accuracy, sales rule configurations, account group assignments, and discount structures
- Support setup, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, training materials, and adoption of Marketplace, VMI, BillPay, and other sales tools
- Assist with Nabis Connect and VMI auto-ordering enrollments, account configuration, and ordering thresholds; flag automated-ordering disruptions
- Troubleshoot and resolve pricing, invoicing, ordering, and system-related issues; escalate complex or recurring issues
- Assist with invoice updates and validations
- Maintain clean CRM account and activity records; assist with data validation and reporting updates
- Maintain and update brand pages and Marketplace listings, including product information, imagery, and content
- Assist with sales programs and promotions, including configuration, QA, and tracking
- Maintain and update Sales Ops documentation, SOPs, and operational workflows
- Coordinate requests between field operations and Finance, Product, CX, and Partnerships teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in operations, business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, operations, sales support, or a similar role
- Experience in regulated or high-growth environments is a plus
- Strong spreadsheet and data-entry skills
- Familiarity with CRM, sales operations, or e-commerce platforms preferred
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally and supporting change initiatives
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented team player eager to learn, improve processes, and grow within Sales Operations
