Job Description
Remote life insurance sales representative helping U.S. families choose coverage through phone and Zoom. Building income from warm leads, outbound opportunities, and commission-based sales.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with clients over phone and Zoom to help families find the right life insurance coverage
- Work warm inbound leads and outbound opportunities to build income
- Manage an independent schedule while hitting consistent daily production goals
- Attend virtual training sessions to sharpen skills and advance the career
Requirements:
- Must live in the U.S.; Houston area preferred
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health License or willingness to obtain quickly
- Reliable internet
- Focused, distraction-free workspace
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to follow a sales system, apply feedback, and meet daily production goals
Benefits:
- $800 – $1,200 average per sale
- Part-time agents earn $50K+ in year one
- Full-time agents earn $80K – $300K+
