Job Description

Sales Support Representative at an IT solutions company, assisting customers and Account Managers with order fulfillment and customer service issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer support to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process
  • Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions
  • Minimize problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution
  • Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed
  • Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
