Job Description

SalesOps Revenue Planning & Analytics Manager bridging go-to-market strategy with execution for revenue forecasting. Engage with Sales Leaders and executives ensuring pipeline health and project oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the gap between high-level go-to-market strategy and ground-level execution
  • Owner of revenue forecasting, Clari systems, and pipeline health
  • Oversee operational projects, advising Sales Leaders and executives
  • Ensure internal cadenced revenue operations
  • Monitor and report on the health of the sales pipeline
  • Partner directly with the CRO and revenue leadership

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A, or a highly analytical management consulting role
  • Experience overseeing a portfolio of related projects and managing high-level dependencies
  • Proficient building working models based on complex data sets
  • Track record of using data to transform business processes
  • Excellent intrapersonal skills and executive presence
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects impacting Sales and all Revenue-supporting functions
