Job Description
SAP Business One developer creating C#/.NET add-ons, integrations, and business applications. Supporting DATAGROUP’s customer projects, automation, and AI-enabled software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative software solutions and custom extensions for SAP Business One
- Design, develop, and implement add-ons, interfaces, and applications for customer and product environments
- Analyze business processes and develop efficient, future-oriented solutions for digitalization and automation
- Optimize and enhance existing applications with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability
- Integrate external systems, platforms, and web services into customers’ SAP Business One environments
- Actively contribute to customer projects, from technical design through successful production deployment
- Work closely with customers, consultants, and project managers to translate business requirements into high-performance software solutions
- Document developments and ensure quality through structured development and testing procedures
- Evaluate new technologies and support the continuous advancement of development standards
- Explore innovative topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and intelligent assistance systems, and incorporate them into new customer and product solutions
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in IT, a degree in computer science/business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and SQL
- Experience developing business applications and database solutions
- Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP Business One
- Initial experience with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Copilot solutions, prompt engineering, or machine learning applications is desirable
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm for developing high-quality software solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary project teams
- Good German skills and basic English skills
