Job Description
SAP Project Manager leading successful program delivery with SAP tools for established SAP Platinum Partner DyFlex Solutions. Flexibly managing projects across vast geographical scope and varying modules.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end SAP project delivery using SAP Activate, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and transition to operations
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations across various modules, ensuring strong alignment with client HR and business requirements
- Oversee delivery across additional SAP workstreams (S/4HANA, ECC, integrations, and cross‑module scenarios)
- Coordinate project governance, reporting, RAID management, steering committees, and stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with cross‑functional delivery teams to ensure scope clarity, resource alignment, and quality outcomes
- Manage project financials, timelines, dependencies, and vendor engagement to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery
- Support design workshops, requirement validation, and Fit‑to‑Standard processes
- Lead cutover planning, readiness assessments, and post‑go‑live support handover
- Contribute to delivery excellence across our portfolio of SAP and RISE‑based transformation programs
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering medium to large-scale SAP programs
- Strong hands‑on project delivery experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly essential)
- Experience across S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or broader SAP modules; experience with RISE with SAP is highly regarded
- Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP project governance frameworks
- Proven success managing cross‑functional SAP implementation teams and complex delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop‑facilitation skills
- Ability to work across multiple SAP workstreams beyond SuccessFactors when required
- Full‑time permanent candidates only; we are not seeking contractors
