Job Description
Scrum Master facilitating agile practices for development teams at CI&T, a tech transformation specialist. Focused on implementing the SAFe framework for retail and supply chain optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Remove impediments encountered by team members and help identify and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with other squads and teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful project delivery.
- Work closely with the client’s Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
- Partner with the client’s Product Owners and stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create user stories and report team status updates.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Train and mentor teams in adopting agile practices and Scrum methodologies.
- Serve as a liaison between the team and the client’s stakeholders.
- Contribute to creating a healthy and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
