Job Description
Project Manager and Scrum Master at Nagarro enhancing Agile delivery while fostering collaboration. Leading teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and building a customer-focused Agile culture in Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Project Manager who can also play the role of Scrum Master for the project.
- Strong agile exposure using scrum, helping the team with SCRUM ceremonies, building a culture of customer delight while constantly looking for improvements with each sprint.
- Ability to convey a message in a simple and structured manner to the client stakeholders.
- Experience of handling delivery, Implementation, Consulting projects.
- Understanding of agile metrics and processes.
- Planning, organizing and monitoring the project, managing goals, risks, issues and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentoring the team members and supporting them for team and individual success.
- Reporting the status of key project metrics (e.g. scope, schedule, quality, etc.) from inception through closure.
- Consulting mindset, participation to account growth activities.
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery (implementation, consulting, or transformation projects).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, sprint reports, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, risks, and resources.
- Excellent leadership and team mentoring skills.
