Job Description

Scrum Master at Cadmus enhancing agile practices and team performance. Managing team efficiency and promoting continuous improvement in processes and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective team practices, meetings, and processes.
  • Promote self-organization, high performance, and a healthy team culture.
  • Remove technical and non-technical impediments.
  • Maintain metrics and KPIs updated and aligned with delivered value.
  • Encourage continuous product improvements through root-cause analysis and problem solving.
  • Apply techniques that increase productivity, quality, and the accuracy of deliveries.
  • Resolve conflicts, facilitate team activities, and support team growth.
  • Participate in team development and provide support.
  • Conduct checkpoints and ensure Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are up to date.
  • Engage in company events and initiatives.
  • Plan team capacity and seek new demands.
  • Keep team members' data up to date in beefor.
  • Perform the semi-annual assessment, facilitate retrospectives, and monitor improvements.
  • Generate checkpoint reports for clients.
  • Onboard new team members.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience with management tools (beefor, Jira, Trello, Azure, etc.).
  • Understanding of metrics and key indicators.
