Job Description
Scrum Master managing agile teams at Qintess, specializing in digital transformation and sustainable growth. Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching, and ensuring quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the correct application of the Scrum framework within agile teams.
- Act as the team facilitator, removing impediments and promoting continuous improvement.
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective).
- Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritization and clarity.
- Lead up to two agile teams simultaneously, ensuring alignment and productivity.
- Promote agile best practices and the principles of the Agile Manifesto.
- Serve as an agile coach for the team and stakeholders.
- Ensure deliveries are high-quality, predictable and value-focused.
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders and business units.
- Mediate requests between technical teams and the business, ensuring understanding and alignment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role within agile environments.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Scrum, Kanban and Agile Development principles.
- Experience in agile facilitation, impediment removal and coaching teams.
- Experience in requirements elicitation and prioritization.
- Previous experience working in software development environments.
- Ability to lead up to two agile teams concurrently.
- Mandatory certification: CSM (Scrum Alliance) or PSM (Scrum.org).
