Job Description

Seasonal remote assistant resolving Minted customers’ print-quality issues through live support and replacement orders. Diagnosing Adobe design files and coordinating with Print Quality and Processing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats and resolve concerns accurately and empathetically
  • Provide primary live phone support and guide customers through real-time order replacements
  • Identify root causes and triage requests to distinguish internal errors from customer-driven changes
  • Open and navigate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to diagnose print issues and edit design files as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to transition customers from general support to the Print Quality queue
  • Record detailed technical data in Salesforce to track recurring print and design issues
  • Document and prepare replacement orders for Processing Team fulfillment
  • Support general customer service tasks during peak seasonal periods

Requirements:

  • Must reside in AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adjust tone for live interactions
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro; Lightroom is a plus
  • Ability to think critically to solve complex print and design problems on the fly
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment and take feedback well
  • Ability to work a schedule including at least one weekend day
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to explain product limitations and issues to customers
  • Commitment to quality and accuracy
