Job Description

Senior Advertising Operations Manager optimizing digital marketing and product feed operations for enterprise clients at Rithum. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of key client accounts overseeing the strategy, planning execution and optimization of digital and retail media campaigns or product feeds across major advertising platforms.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies that drive performance and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Deliver advanced reporting and insights, tying media performance to client KPIs.
  • Partner with Client Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, Advertising Account Managers and Product teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact media programs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, retail media, or product feed management.
  • Proven success managing complex, product feed data and campaign processes that enhance digital marketing results across Google, Bing, Meta and other advertising platforms.
  • Scripting and formula-based problem solving experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset, including the ability to interpret trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, whether formal or informal.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, retail media, or product feed management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and retail media team workflows or QA processes.
